When am I charged?
If you pay each season, we charge $45 a few days before each box ships, in late February, May, August and November. If you pay for the year, we charge $160 once when you join.
When does my first box ship?
The next business day after you join. It comes in a fly box that’s yours to keep, and it holds the current season’s flies.
How do I pick my rivers?
After you join, choose up to 3 trout rivers from our list in your account. You can change them anytime. Don’t see yours? Request it and we’ll add it.
Which rivers do you cover?
Trout waters across the country, from Idaho, Montana, Wyoming and Utah to tailwaters in Arkansas, Tennessee and Texas. Reports cover trout water only, because that’s what our flies are tied for.
Can I skip a season or cancel?
Yes. Skip or cancel from your account anytime before your next billing date. No fees and no phone calls.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email us a photo within 15 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement, store credit or a refund.
Does the 10% discount work on custom boxes?
Yes. It applies to every fly box and custom build in the shop.
What if I don’t fish some of the patterns?
Tell us when you join, or anytime after, and we’ll swap them for patterns you’ll use.
